Shipping:

IMPORTANT: We don't guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after December 1st. New Year's delivery after Decemeber 5th.

All items are shipped from the USA. All items are made for American market. Please, make sure you understand importation guidelines for your country. We don't undervalue orders on custom declaration forms. If any importation tax is due, it is a responsibility of the buyer. Orders usually take 18-21 days to get delivered to most countries

WARNING: When buying electrical appliances, make sure that they support the voltage of your country. Most modern computers and cameras do support. If they do not support the voltage, you can use a transformer (step-down converter). We DO accept burnt appliances for refunds, however you will be refunded only 60% of your original payment

Small and medium packages are shipped via postal services such as Parcel Force and United States Postal Service. Larger packages are shipped via DHL or FedEx. All of our packages are shipped from the United States.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30-days. Please, contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return. Returns are accepted only with RMA number that is provided by us. You can reach our sales team at sales@jtote.com
